Travel has always been my passion. As a little girl, I would flip through travel agency magazines, imagining the places I would one day experience. That curiosity has only grown. Exploring the world has helped me discover more about myself—what inspires me, what energizes me, and what makes me pause and simply appreciate where I am.
On the Amalfi Coast, it was the breathtaking gardens, inviting hotels, homemade food, and lemon cookies I still dream about—and have yet to find anywhere else.
In Paris, it was discovering how magical Christmas could feel. The Eiffel Tower sparkled, the streets glowed, and somehow, even in the freezing cold, the city felt warm and cozy. It was also exploring palaces, museums and Monet gardens, fascinated by the history, intricate decor, and the stories behind each room.
In the South of France, it was wandering through little villages and exploring Provence, smelling the lavender and visiting Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, where Van Gogh painted The Starry Night. There was something magical and surreal about experiencing a place that had inspired such an extraordinary work of art.
In Tuscany, it was a sense of peace I had never experienced before. Staying on a 300-year-old property overlooking rolling hills, I felt as though time stood still. During a watercolor class, surrounded by the sounds of birds, frogs, ducks, and wind moving through the trees, there was nowhere else I wanted to be.
These are the moments that stay with me—and the reason I love guiding others on their travel experiences. The ambience of a hotel, an extraordinary view, a curated activity, the cuisine you speak about years later: these details become part of your story. Being able to travel is a gift. I recently had my wedding in Lake Como, where I personally coordinated everything from the hotel accommodations and room blocks to the welcome dinner, wedding events, curated guest activities throughout their stay, itineraries for guests extending their travels, and my honeymoon.
Going through the entire experience firsthand gave me a deep understanding of the level of detail and communication required to make a destination wedding seamless for both couples and their guests.
